Spicy Sweet Shredded Chicken

🍗 Ingredients:
Main ingredients:
* 300 grams chicken breast or thigh, boiled and shredded
* 1 tablespoon cooking oil
* 50 ml water (optional, for a juicier texture)
Spice paste (mashed or blended):
* 3 shallots
* 2 garlic cloves
* 4 red chili peppers (adjust to your spice level)
* 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon sugar
🔪 How to Make It:
1. Boil the chicken until fully cooked (about 15–20 minutes). Let it cool slightly, then shred into thin pieces using your hands or two forks.
2. Prepare the spice paste by blending shallots, garlic, and chilies until smooth or slightly coarse.
3. Sauté the spice paste in oil over medium heat until aromatic and slightly caramelized.
4. Add the shredded chicken to the pan. Stir until well combined with the spices.
5. Season with sweet soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Add a little water if needed to keep it moist.
6. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes until flavors are absorbed and the chicken turns rich in color.
